Hailey Van Asch
M.S., CCC-SLP

Hello! My name is Hailey Van Asch, and I am the owner of Van Asch Speech Therapy. My journey in speech and language intervention began at the University of Virginia, where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2015. I continued my studies at Radford University, where I received my Masters of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2017.

After completing my Masters program at Radford University, I began my professional career in a skilled nursing facility. After working with the geriatric population during my Clinical Fellowship, I decided to expand my skillset and switch my focus to the pediatric population in 2018. Since then, I have been providing speech and language therapy services to children in various school districts throughout Central Virginia.

My interests lie in speech sound disorders, such as articulation and phonological disorders, as well as apraxia of speech. You can find more information about these disorders under Services.

Hello! My name is Kavan Kochar, and I have been a practicing speech-language pathologist for 3 years. While completing my Masters program at Syracuse University, I completed an externship in a hospital acute care setting working with both children and adults. I also completed an externship in early intervention doing pediatric language and feeding therapy.  I began my professional career in the elementary school setting. I have worked alongside teachers and with students in Autism, Moderate Intellectual Disabilities and Early Childhood Special Education classrooms. I continued working with the school age population at the completion of my Clinical Fellowship. While working with the school age population, I decided to expand my skill set and begin working more with the early childhood population as well.
